About Us

Expressions is based in the south side of Glasgow, and is founded and managed by Jill Marshall.

Jill is a mother of two who grew up in the local area, and having moved away for a couple of years shortly before getting married she returned to Glasgow to raise her family. She is a registered childminder, and has previously set up and ran a mother and toddler group for first time mothers.

In her professional and personal life, Jill spends a lot of her time around babies and mothers-to-be, including baby showers, birthday parties and “welcome to the world” parties. It was from this that the concept of Expressions was born, as a way for parents to advertise the birth of their son or daughter to friends and neighbours.
